In my report on three big narratives, I highlighted real-world assets and “Regulated Crypto” as major themes that will emerge in this larger crypto cycle (however you define “cycle”).
Today's project fits in both of those narratives. Its platform combines smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and traditional property transactions to create a more efficient, transparent, and secure way to conduct real estate deals.
If successful, it will reduce fraud, inefficiency, and lack of transparency in real estate markets, especially across borders, while making that market simpler, cheaper, and more accessible to more people.
This project has grown continuously since its creation. With backing from Arrington Capital, support from other VCs, and endorsements from legacy entities, you can expect the project to have long-term support. However, its market cap remains below $100 million.
