The Brief for June 15, 2020

Happy Monday, everybody. This is a quick note about an interesting podcast episode and some other stuff.

Check out Clay Collins’ interview with Philip Gradwell, Chief Economist at Chainalysis, on The Flippening podcast. In it, Philip talks about how bitcoins move through the network and what that says about the behavior of bitcoiners. Chainalysis is one of the top forensic firms in crypto. Some of the info will surprise you.

Taking a step back, remember the world’s financial markets remain very dangerous. Complacency kills. Bitcoin has shown a lot of strength recently, even if the price still struggles to get above the highs of February. Strength does not mean its price will blast off, it means we’re laying the foundation for that massive boom everybody’s looking for.

At some of your requests, I'm putting together my thoughts on where this bull run peak might get to in terms of price and timing, which I’ll publish within the next few weeks.
