Market Update - November 29, 2023

Did the US government sell its 30,000 bitcoins? It sent test transactions to this wallet but hasn’t moved anything from its main wallet yet …

(As stated previously, these transactions could be false flags to throw off the on-chain sleuths. We only know this is the wallet that holds the bitcoins that the US government plans to sell before the end of this year. No reason it can’t sell 30,000 bitcoins from other wallets and leave this main wallet alone. We will never know because they’re doing this as a private transfer to an exchange, presumably Coinbase, not a public auction.)

Fortunately for the crypto market, 30,000 bitcoins is not a lot.
