Is it ironic that a short squeeze spiked the market on news that Strategy฿ paused its Bitcoin purchases?

Strategy฿ still has tens of billions of dollars in stock and plenty of room to raise more cash.

Does that count as “sidelined capital,” as the gurus say? Are they priced out of the market? Are they having trouble raising money? Or is this something they “just do” around quarterly earnings reports, as they did at the beginning of April this year?

Perhaps this is no big deal. Until late last year, they skipped weeks all the time. Nobody should be surprised if they raise another $100 million next week for a new round of buying.
